Amidst all the furor of Valentine’s Day weekend, the worldwide premiere of box office hit Fifty Shades of Grey and Barry Allen aka The Flash announcing that he is boyfriend material, Lady Gaga announced that she is engaged.
The talented singer who lovingly refers to her adoring fans as “my little monsters” is getting married to long time boyfriend Taylor Kinney of Chicago Fire fame. Gaga said about Kinney popping the question, “He gave me his heart on Valentine’s Day, and I said YES!”, which has got to be the groan groaniest yet super uber sweetest thing a newly engaged woman could say about her new husband to be. And we have to say Kinney has good taste in jewellery. The rock he placed on her finger is heart shaped, so fitting for a day reserved for love.
Knowing Lady Gaga’s penchant for outlandish style it will be highly interesting and entertaining to see what her wedding gown will look like and which designer she will chose to design it.
