Who doesn’t remember Patrick Swayze and Dirty Dancing? I’ve watched it a million times, and each and every time, I swoon over the sensitivity and fluid grace of Johnny Castle, played by Patrick Swayze. His character was truly a beautiful thing. This movie was more than just a dancing movie; it was a sweetly poignant movie about trust, love and coming of age. The beautiful song,The Time of My Life, is a song that just completely sums up one of the best breath stealing, sigh inducing movies of head over heels summer love. Whenever I see the movie, I’m still taken back to a more innocent time. Truly a timeless, enduring, classic movie. We will miss you greatly Patrick Swayze. You really left an impression.
