Hoowee! Tonight’s episode of TrueBlood, “Beautifully Broken” was AAAAWWWWe-some! All the story lines were exciting tonight. Last week’s episode had a wee bit of a leisurely pace. I was like, it’s going to be excruciatingly delicious riding the build up. But tonight was like a thoroughbred hot to get out of the gates! LOTS of new characters and all the story lines were delish!
My faves? Eric and Sookie, and Tara and Franklin Mott. Franklin is played by the wickedly delicious and devious James Frain.
Remember him as Cromwell in The Tudors? As soon as I saw him, I knew this season would be GOOOD!
And what is up with Bill! Was his appearance at Merlotte’s a coincidence? Are his original intentions towards Sookie in question now? NOOOO! Say it isn’t so! I thought their love was pure! Sookie will be so disappointed if their spontaneous meeting was planned. Even though I’m fairly certain Bill didn’t plan (or was it THE plan? Hmmm. Diabolical and Machiavellian!) to fall in love with her, I’m getting the feeling his appearance in Sookie’s life wasn’t all that coincidental after all. Bill’s virtue is a wee bit tarnished in my eyes now, but I still love you Bill. I WANT you to redeem yourself!
Well, it will at least allow me to enjoy Sookie’s other male diversions (namely Eric and Alcide) while Bill is away a little more guilt free from this moment on. Love Eric’s flashbacks, too! It’s good to see Godric again and get a chance to peel back all of Eric’s, ahem, layers! đ I always knew he was deep! Could he have true feelings for Sookie?
Yesiree, Bob! TrueBlood is DEFINITELY heating up! Carbonated fresh blood anyone? It comes with a warm blood bisque with rose petals, followed by a fabulous blood gelato!
~P.S.~ And did you see Alfre Woodard? Stellar!

I only half watched the last episode, so will have to devote some time check the whole thing. Franklin Mott totally creeps me out, and Bill, Bill Bill……wow
